About Me
My journey to reflexology was a result of personal experience. I was introduced to reflexology when I was pregnant. Both my pregnancies were high risk and reflexology helped me relax and improve my well-being and in turn enabled me to enjoy my pregnancy.
As an AoR member, I’ve worked hard to achieve the required level of training and experience approved by the organisation.I continue to develop my skills by attending workshops and seminars. This allows me to offer you the latest support and information on reflexology, ensuring your course of treatment enhances your life.
Qualifications And Trainings.
The AoR is the foremost aspirational and independent professional reflexology association in the UK since 1984.It provides benefits, advice and guidance to reflexologists and works with other external bodies and advisory groups to promote the highest standards in the profession.As a member of the Association, I abide by their Code of Practice.
I studied at the West Hertfordshire College and have completed the following training and accreditations:
Level 3 Diploma in Foot reflexology
Facial Reflexology with Ziggy Bergham
Reflexology for pre-conceptual care and pregnancy with Louise Keet, Principle of the London School of Reflexology
Diploma in Swedish Massage
Diploma in Indian Head Massage
